I’m Peter Sandkvist, a transformation lead and project manager based in Stockholm, with experience across many European countries and leading Nordic teams through organisational change and digital transformation. I like making complicated things clearer, getting the right people into the same room and turning ideas into something that actually works.

That is where my real strength sits. I build trust quickly, listen before I decide and genuinely enjoy the teams I work with, whether that means leading a Nordic transformation programme or writing code late at night with a group of friends.
